From the fields of our Poggetti Estate in the Tuscan Maremma, we present to you our durum wheat pasta made as tradition dictates using a bronze die which yields a pasta with a particular rigid grip allowing the sauce to cling to every bite. Accompanied with a glass of Morisfarms wine, this pici pasta is an excellent way to taste the simple but genuine flavors of our land.

Cooking suggestions:
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta, cook for 20 minutes for al dente. Serve with your favorite sauce and a glass of Morisfarms wine.
