Our Extra Virgin Olive oil is harvest exclusively by hand from 100 year old trees. Harvested from the middle of October, the olives are pressed within 24 hours of cropping. In Autumn, this oil is the perfect condiment for bruschetta or hot soups. Over the course of the year, the strong, spicy flavor makes way for more delicate notes, appreciated for any dish.
