The first vintage of Mandriolo was produced in 2008, entering into the newly created DOC Maremma Toscana.
Mandriolo is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Served around 16°C (60°F), it makes for a great aperitivo and pairs well with starters, pasta and meats and even stewed fish. It is sure to be appreciated for its freshness, ripe fruit, and harmony.
